DVR Question

I have a 622. Is there a way to tell it to record a show every time it is on a specific channel? For instance, I don't watch CSI very often and I want to watch some previous episodes. I only want to watch them from CBS so they will be in HD. If I tell it to record new episodes it won't record any because there aren't any new ones on now. If I tell it to record all episodes it will record them from CBS but also from Spike and ABC and CW and whoever else is showing CSI now. Is there anyway to tell it to record every episode of CSI that is on CBS, channel 28-1?

An ALL episode timer will only record from the channel you had selected in the guide to create the timer.
If your using a DISHPASS timer (not the best type timer in most cases) you have the option to select a specific channel.

Is that right? I thought I had set up a timer to record all episodes and it was pulling them from all over the place. Maybe not. Thanks for the help.

I was under the impression it was just ALL under that channel. Timers are usually channel specific.
