Local channels only go upto CH69 UHF. What is local 252?

Call dishnetwork and tell them one gets it and one don't.I had that problem.One receiver got my locals the other didn't.I called and they said I wasn't authorized to get my locals but for some reason the other one was getting them.I then reminded them I took them out a year ago.They rehit it then I got them on the other one.Actually it was a mistake that dish made because I had took out my locals and some how after I moved to another address it wasn't in their system.
