Has anyone noticed some of the icons not showing up? Just in the last few days many of my DVR recordings just show the "Dish" marking as an icon (no images of the show). It seems to be fairly random. I tried resetting the H3 but new recordings still seem to do the same thing.

Hello, sklunk. We do sometimes see this issue if the Hopper 3 is not running the more recent software version or missing nightly updates, that download and update the icons. You can find steps here https://my.dish.com/support/products/hopper/how-to/settings/software for checking if a newer software version is available for download. If it states that it has the most recent version and the icons are still missing, please reach chat with us here https://my.dish.com/support/contact.
I do not know if it is relevant but if I have internet trouble, I see a lot of missing information especially now I upgraded to the Plus.
