DVR Recordings-% of Space Used

Hi Guys
Can someone please tell me what % of DVR is being used when an HD program is being recorded?
It llooks to me that about 6% is being used for every recording

I have a Motorola DVR--not sure of model #

Yes, it's about 5% of space for a 1 hour HD show.
