Dvr Timer Defaults

Hi all

Can anyone tell me what the dvr timer defaults to under settings?

Regular programing starts 1 min before and 3 mins after, sports programing 1 min before and 1 hour after.

Where do you go to change those default 1min/3min settings, if possible?
