e-mail from tech support of dish

I had emailed tech support about the fast forward being goofed up on my 622 and that it started with software 401 and continues with 403.
The emailed me back the next day and said they are aware of it and are working on another software upgrade to solve it.
They also asked me for all the info on my receiver list receiver# smart card # software info, bootstrap number.
If you email them send this info with it. I do think it makes a difference when you get you updates. I got 401 and 403 as soon as anyone here did. "They infered that they are using your information to help out with the bugs and if you reply on a regular basis with an honest bug you get on the list to receive updates.
Just my opinion though, not fact. Dave.
