Reading that report, Dish likes to bring up piracy as the main reason(1 of the main) for the loss of subs.
I dont believe that the piracy issue is as big as dish is making it out to be.I am sure there is some, but not what dish is implying.
I think they are just using that excuse to make it sound as if there is nothing they can do, "people are stealing our signal, were working on it".
