When setting a timer, if it will create a conflict, the Hopper immediately prompts you to resolve it. On occasion though, such as right now for us, when I hit "DVR", it reads that there are 'x' recordings scheduled for today with 'y' conflicts. What's the easiest way to resolve those ? Go to the "Daily schedule" screen ? When you go there, you can see an event with a strike-through and selecting it tells you that it's skipped due to a conflict. In the case of the one I looked at, it's done by priority and will simply record it later on that day, evening, or in the middle of the night, etc.
