Eastern Arc in MA yet?

I just had an installer come over today to install my HD dish and HD DVR and he gave me the thumbs down because of LOS issues (big trees in the way). He did say all is not lost as the Eastern Arc will come up for Boston channels soon. Any idea when this will go down? He mentioned within the next few weeks

Actually Boston becomes available TODAY on the Eastern Arc.

So if the dude came out tomorrow he would have had the stuff to install my HD setup on the Eastern Arc? Way to waste a half personal day :/

Well you would think the installer and his boss would have known a week ago or at least yesterday, "starting tomorrow we can install systems on the ea setup"
Now the customer has to miss work again and schedule another install attempt?
That is not good.
