What dish do I exactly need? My area is Loganville, GA. Do I need the Hybrid Pro Eastern Arc or Western Arc? I know this has something to do with local channels.

It looks like your local channels come from Atlanta. All the HD locals come from 61.5. That means you would need eastern arc.
The Atlanta locals are on both arcs in HD, so line of sight would be the deciding factor...
I’m just down the road in Grayson. I am on Eastern Arc (61.5 / 72) with a Hopper. Works fine for me.
There would be an advantage with using the western arc over the eastern arc if LOS is not an issue. In inclement weather, a drop to the companion SD feed might keep the program on longer or even throughout the event. The eastern arc doesn't have SD feeds for Atlanta.
