I can't pull it up on my phone... Does it say how many subs growth/loss in Q4 compared to 2013?

No , this is Echostar which would be commercial carrier transport, the Hughes satellites, a bunch of dish satellites and set top boxes.

The DISH report should show up in SEC EDGAR soon.
