Sept 18 (Reuters) - EchoStar Communications Corp. (DISH.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said Vice Chairman Carl Vogel will oversee the company's DISH network operations as president, and also named Bernard Han as its chief financial officer.
Han, who takes charge as CFO from Sept. 28, succeeds David Rayner, who will now assume the new role of executive vice president in charge of the satellite television operator's national installation and service network, EchoStar said.
