So Choice package people have been getting Encore since the removal of the Viacom channels last week. Everything was normal meaning they looked like any other channel I could receive. Normal up until this morning that is.
Now the strange part. Starting earlier today all of the Encore channels are looking dark on the guide. You know, like channels you don't subscribe to. To be able to see what is on, I must highlight the show in the guide. This is kind of annoying but this is really the only problem as I can watch the shows.
Again, this just started today. I already reset the receiver and that didn't change anything. Anyone else with this problem? Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks.
