EPG and Recording Indication

Earlier this week I set up my Hopper 3 to record the Australian Football League (AFL) matches on FS2 using the EPG, the little red indicator came on indicating that they matches would be recorded. I checked the EPG last night and the red indicator was gone so I selected them again.

I then went to the DVR page and selected the Scheduled Tab and the scheduled tab showed that each match was now scheduled to be recorded twice, weird.

Bottom line is even if the EPG doesn't show the little red Record icon, you might need to check the scheduled tab on the DVR page to see whether on not the show is scheduled to be recorded.

My sister and brother in law have had that problem for the last few months. Have to check the timer every week. It appears the timers are setting to record by the team names instead of Australian Football League.

By chance, do you have U502? I have the same problem. Can’t got program to record consistently, ever if I check every day.

If it is on the Scheduled Recordings Tab mine records even when the little red indicator isn't in the Guide.

They may be on the Scheduled Recording Tab the day before, but then goes away overnight. So far, I haven’t been able to identify a pattern. I’ve got 23 series timers.
