Equipment hook up help

Existing equip.
Bell ExpressVu 3900, 4500. Receiver x 2 + 1 dish. All Legal, two feeds from LNB

New equipment.
Coolsat 6000 premium.
Stab HH90
Fortec 90cm Dish
Invacom quad. L feed only as of yet.
Have 4x1 switch not hookup up yet
On line and working as of last night. Need to peak around 75% right now..

How to hook up new equipment along with one existing Bell EexpressVu receiver in one location with the least amount of cables.

Both the ExpressVu & The FTA setup needs to be on separate cables

FTA would be one cable
Receiver-------------motor--------------LNB

ExpressVu would be hooked up as it is right now
