Equity mux on G26

I finally got the Equity mux on G26 to come in, but they all scanned in as:
tv1-3820h Galaxy thru tv25-3820h Galaxy. I have a list of the channel names that is on that TP, but it doesn't have the pids. Does anyone have a list of the channel names with pids, or know where i can get one? I'd like to know what each channel is instead of looking at tv1, tv2 etc....

most are DT2 or DT3 obviously as they are all RTN but here is the list

Thanks Tony, thats the list i got. I was looking for one that had the station names with the pids. Right now their scanned in as tv1, tv2, etc...and i don't know which station goes with which pid.
