I cannot find in the mydish on line account the link to look up error codes. Is it still there someplace? I know it use to be several years ago.

The first link I get This site can’t provide a secure connection. I have that list in the second link and the code I am looking for is not in the list. I have a friend with a Hopper 3 that reboots occasionally and he is getting a code 1303.

Looks like error message 1303 is a moca issue..

I posted that same link when I responded earlier in this thread. I am using Firefox and Microsoft Edge and I don't get the secure connection warning that you are seeing. It doesn't matter too much for you because code 1303 is not in that list.

Thanks Bobby. I can't get it to open in Chrome or MS Edge. I am no longer concerned with it.
