ESPN ALT

Why can't dish ever get this right. Even though the guide has it listed the Utah/Michigan game isnt on the ESPN Alt channel for markets that are getting Texas A&M/SMU on both ABC and ESPN 2.

Have to use WatchEspn which means watching on phone/tablet or switching inouts on tv to Roku/Chromecast, which then makes it difficult to switch to other games.

So now after I make the post it is turned on in the 2nd quarter. I swear Dish really makes it hard to keep staying with them.

You need to remember it's not Dish providing the guide info, it's Tribune.

This isn't a guide problem. It happens every week. The regions that have the same game on ABC and ESPN 2 get the other ABC regional game on the ESPN Alternate. This is a normal dish error not a normal Tribune error although they are usually hard to distinguish.

yeah, the A&M/SMU game aired on ESPN 2 but was blacked out in areas carrying the game on ABC. the local ABC station in Dallas carried it due to being SMU's home market and being in the state A&M calls home.

They should make that reverse mirror broadcast HD, it isn't sent to them in SD
