ESPN.com video "problem"

I now often see this in the video window when I visit an ESPN.com page:

... but it doesn't offer me a subscription to ESPNinsider.com or any other service to make it available. What gives?

Now, the ESPN.com website won't furnish timely Scoreboard pages. When I call for the College Football Scoreboard from yesterday or today's NFL Scoreboard, all I get are the pre-kickoff, "Preview" editions. Anyone else having this problem?
