No, I never said they looked bad. I said that I found out here that I wasn't getting the best resolution that I could get so I began to pay more attention to the resolution. I'm new to HD so to me they looked great, my eyes were used to watching only SD. Notice also that I said "in my set", I have a 32' TV set. We all know that the bigger the display the more noticeable the quality of the signal.

So maybe that's the upgrade path, $50.00 to replace the receiver. Did they mention any commitment? Will they someone to swap the receiver or they will let you do it?

i will send them back the 811 when the 411 or 211 come this week i got my ra number to send the 811 back to them
