Family-friendly station is up and running

KEEN 17 is owned by the Chicago-based Total Living Network and began broadcasting on July 1. Like its parent KEEN's programming consists of revivals of evergreen programming and inspirational talk like the 700 Club. Like the happy programming it provides General Manager Kevin Culbertson is very positive about the early days of the station's progress.
