How do you see the testing channels? I thought I had heard if you sign out on a Roku you could see all the testing channels but it doesn't let me see anything.

From what I know you have to have some special equipment to see them now I don't know what that equipment is

Any idea why those channels from the WB are still testing from April?

They're probably still finalizing the deal since they keep on adding more of them in test every few months. A bunch of them didn't even have Gracenote stationId entries until DTV started testing them.
