Features on Joey not working?

Shouldn't I be able to use picture and a picture all the other features I can use on my hopper on my joeys. When I try it says those features are not available?

Joey's don't do picture in picture.

Joeys don't have any tuners so they will not have the same features that are on the Hopper.
