Fee question

Hi,
Right now I have a 522 and I pay a 4.98 dvr fee and a 5 dollar lease fee. I was wondering when I upgrade to the 622 will I have to pay a lease fee? I already know that the dvr fee is going up a dollar. If I have to pay a lease fee will it be 6 dollars a month instead of 5 cuz it's an hd receiver?

I have to pay a $5.00 monthly for my 942 fee because my receiver isn't hooked up to a phone line. Is your the same type of situation?

No I have a phone line hooked up.
