The sad thing was that Dish Network was forced to carry it by a court ruling which favored Universal.

After watching it for 5 minutes it appears to be another waste of bandwidth..at least for my taste.

Could it be that we don't have Universal HD because of the litigation that was pending between Universal and Dish over this channel?
