Is there a way to get just a HD package with TWC like you can with Dish? I couldn't even see any prices on the TWC website.
I get my locals by OTA antenna in HD.

It depends on your local TWC but on mine, you can't. You have to get the standard cable to be able to get the HD tier. The HD tier is 10.00 and with the standard you get TNTHD, Discovery HD and your local HD channels.

Until your cable company entirely drops analog, they'll not allow this for technical reasons. I could pay for channels 2-25 + the HD tier, which requires the HD set-top. They claim not to have filters or traps that will block me from picking up channels 26-78 though. They can restrict me from receiving channels 100 and up to the HD tier via the converter box, of course.
