FIOS dosn't work with PC anywhere?

When we first got FIOS, I installed PC Anywhere 10.5 like I normally do, and tried to connect to it at the work computer. I know all my info was correct, but for some reason it couldn't connect..

does anyone know if PC Anywhere, for whatever reason, dosn't work with the FIOS service?
