Cable competition on its way

BENSALEM
Verizon said it could launch its entertainment network in Bensalem early next year, offering Bensalem residents their first ever taste of competition in cable TV.
The telecommunications company signed a franchising agreement with the Bensalem Council during Monday night's town meeting.
