First Glitch with my E* service

[Hemi 6.1]

Well it was raining today,so I was home watching old repeats of Deadliest Catch on Discovery when all of a sudden, I got a blank Screen, and an Error Meassage. This message is on about 10 HD channels from the 61.5.
I reset all my receivers and still nothing.
So What do you all think would cause this? I have a wing Dish 61.5 and a dish 500+.
Anyway I have called E* to come out, But whats got me puzzled is the TPs with the errors have a good signal strength. I'm Confused.
I'm going away for the week to visit some family , So Saturday is when I had to schedule the service call.
You guys got any thoughts on the problem?

T19 is down on 61.5 and has been for about an hour for me. That's USA, Discovery and the Learning Channel and some others. Everything else is OK for me but I'm on Turbo Bronze so I don't get everything from 61.5.

Edit: Everything's back again now.

Did you run a check swith? Wonder if the LNB went bad.

They don't ever tell the CSRs anything to help out subscribers. It's a screwed up outfit. We all know that.

Wasn't Chuck suppose to fix this??? Everytime Dish has a bad Q (which is every Q now a days) Chuck goes on a rant on how HE is going to make things better has far as communication is concerned.

Oh. I wonder what happened to all of the English books he was suppose to give all of the csrs.
