The congress is clearly short of actual work to do in addressing the pressing needs of the nation, having just come off the introduction of a constitutional amendment to freeze the SC at 9 justices that was rejected 212-206. So what better with the elections looming and people up in arms over all kinds of things than to go after the latest political whipping boy

That has been my whole issue. You simply cannot trust human beings with this type of technology. It could even be a decent officer who gets into some type of weird scenario and uses Flock...doesn't matter what the issue is/was...you're not supposed to do that

Frigging tow trucks have ALPR'S on them, don't think if one has onstar or a system like it don't think they won't turn it on for law enforcement if it's not active they will..

nothing more than invasion of privacy.
