Floating Dish Network logo on stand by mode

How do I disable the standby mode on my 322?
I read a thread on how to do this on a vip211 (it says to "disable updates" and disable "standby mode"), but my 322 doesn't have a option (that I can find) to disable "stand by mode".
I have a vip 211 and can do it on it, but I have not figured it out on the 322.

Any help appreciated.

disabling updates disables the bouncing logo, but then you'll get a pop up to get the new guide data and any software updates when you turn that off
