Food Network in HD?

Now that Dish and Direct both have Food Network in HD, how do we get Verizon to offer it?

from what i understand, fios has had a deal for food/hgtv hd for some time. why it is not on, i don't know.

I was going to say, if D* had FOOD HD that would be big news. Only E* and a few small cable operators carry FOOD HD, that I know of. Surprised FIOS doesn't have FOOD HD up yet.
