Word to the wise. at the hour break when recordings are ending and new ones starting up, don't touch anything.
Been a while since I locked up the 722k hard enough to have to press the reset button, but did it tonight. Wife was sling a time shifted show. Tuner 2 was firing up to record Homeland (dexter was manually ended) Tuner 1 was finishing The Walking dead and flipping over to get Treme, and I didn't notice the time and had popped up the dvr menu and selected homeland to start over.
Receiver switched to homeland saw the banner and it said 00 time left, and promptly froze. Wife said the sling stopped. All lights on the 722k were on showing 2 record lights, both tuners in use, and that glow it does with the sling is on. Waited to see if it would figure out it choked and restart itself (it has done that before) but no, I had to press the reset button.
next time I'll remember to not touch anything until a minute or two into the new recordings have started.
