Fox Sports West - Technical Difficulties

I am not getting Fox Sports West, the channel is displaying a message, we are experiencing technical difficulties it is a dish network screen. Anybody else experiencing problems. It is on channel 417. No Angles game tonight.

A whole ton of Fox Sports Nets are out because they're NOC is in Houston,TX and they shut it down. Most of local cable co's switched to a national feed of FSN, I guess dish just put up a slate

They also put up messages on the MLB EI screens saying some games were unavailable due to the weather.

Dish Network just put up a slate saying that Fox Sports transmision center in Houston was knocked out due to the hurricane.
