Why is Fox Sport (The National feed) not on Dish?

Umm no such thing.

There are 3 Regional areas called Fox College Sports that are programmed for digital cable. But there's nothing on those channels that doesn't come from all of the FSNs that Dish already carries

For instance the Red Sox- Skankee game is on FOX Sports but I dont have it on DISH and I get the FOX package?

You mean the FOX network.

Don't you have a local channels package?

FOX is a network channel carried OTA locally and it would be a channel in your locals.

If not they have a Distant Fox but you have to qualify for it and there's a dwindling population that still qualify for those
