First timer here.
I am planning on putting up a free standing four legged tower for a 8-10 ft dish for c,ku and digital. It will need to be 10-12 ft tall from base to top with the dish mounting pole extending upto another 4-5ft for roof clearance. It is going in next to a garage but I don't want it attached. I live in Indianapolis Indiana and think I will need the concrete base to be about 6ft square and deep. Has anyone else tried this and what do you feel about these deminsions? Should the base be deeper and larger? What about the tower base size? I'm thinking about 5ft square for stability. Thanks in advance.
