fta for kids

Is there any channels out here for kids to watch like nick ,toons. for free with a fta rec..

AMC-3 at 87.0'W has several PBS channels. (PBS-Kids)

Downside: Some are AC-3 (Dolby Digital)Audio only. If your stereo or FTA receiver doesn't support it, you just get picture but no sound.
