I current receive my regular signals with Dish Network and Hd locals from UHF antenna. ARe there any FTA receivers that receive Network signals in HD. Also do the FTA receivers receive any Network Signals?

There is PBS HD on KU band (30" or larger dish) but most of the HD stuff requires a C-Band (6 foot or larger) dish

I watch PBS HD on AMC-3 @ 87w with a 36" dish and KU LNBF.

If by "network signals" you mean local OTA, the answer is no. However, most of the networks are in the clear on FTA at any given time. As for HD as was noted there is PBS and additionally there are feeds available from time to time. Without being specific, I have seen racing, baseball and tennis for example.
