Hi People;
I am new at this and I am trying to find out if I can get a dish and receiver to work in Panama. I have heard all kinds of stories from yes you need a 6' dish to an 18' dish. Then I am told there is no FOOT print of a satillite in Panama. Then just buy the complete set and see if it will work.
I know there is someone out there that has the correct answers. Please help me.

what kind of programming were you looking to get?

Most of the satellites do cover Panama

I would love to go to Panama and set the dish up for you It would beat this winter weather!

I used to stationed in the Canal Zone when I was a kid when my Dad was in the USAF at that time!!

1969 to 1973 time peroid I was here at that time.

Boy it's brings back memory!

But good luck on getting satellite's signals down there you might need a least 4 foot or more on KU dish size and as for C-band dish size at least 8 foot or more to get this kind of signals.
