I am located in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and I am wondering in a 2.4m Prime Focus solid antenna will be able to get AMC4 C-Band channels. I know that the Ku-Band will be OK since I can pick that up with a 120cm Offset antenna. But I need to here form someone who understand the EIPR for AMC4 C-Band and the dish size it may required.

You should check locally to see the results on this satellite from existing systems.
Based upon feedback from my customers in the region, as well as a study of
footprint maps for that satellite, I would recommend nothing smaller than a 3 meter antenna (10 feet), and bigger would be better.
