I have not seen this listed just thought i would add it
the Different HD packages all offer the same HD channels the only difference is the addition of the SD channels in each package

Mostly true -
The old HD package (you can no longer subscribe to this unless you are grandfathered in) does not include the 5 new Voom channels, UHD or ESPN2HD.

Mostly true but if you get the platinum package you also get HBO and SHOWTIME HD.

actually you can get them even with bronze package if you subscribe to HBO and Showtime
