Got home to dead locals. Dish is aware and working on the problem.

I am not aware of any issues. Be aware that if you have an issued the box will automatically show that screen on your local channels.

If they are not back in a little bit give dish a call or better yet contact a dirt team member here on SatelliteGuys.

Usually when the channel is having issues you'll see a yellow screen.
