Galaxy 16 at 99, tp 12.189

I tried to scan G16 @99 for Lyngsat s listed 12.189, sr 11.765 v for E!. Lyngsat shows it in the clear. Anyone know about it? I get zero Q and only signal level of 53%. I get tp 11.945 sr 4165 at 94Q and level of 61%. This is my 1.0 channelmaster with a motor. Anyone else get E!? Could it be my tuning? thanks

Pretty sure it has moved.

That channel has moved to 87W, it's still in the clear and still on Ku Band. 11988/H/9750 is the transponder that I find it on with my Azbox HD
