Hi,

I am in the Knoxville, Tennessee market, and there are a number of problems with the guide mapping for the local channels. Wilt, could you help to get these resolved? They are:

#1: Channel 15-1 & 15-2 are swapped. 15-1 is the high-def PBS feed, and 15-2 is the standard def PBS feed. Voom has them mapped backwards.

#2: Channel 30-1 is CBS and channel 30-2 is UPN. I know this is strange, but WVLT bought the local UPN and put it on sub-channel 2. The program information for subchannel 2 (UPN) isn't listed.

#3: A new channel WMAK (channel 7) has just become active. It is a new independent station. The program information isn't listed in the VOOM guide.

Thanks.
