Last night I was flipping channels on my H10 (mostly between the HD channels and the NY network feeds). Seemingly every other time a flipped channels (and sometimes even when I kept something on for an extended period) I would lose audio. It lasted between 10 and 20 seconds each time. I know it wasn't happening the day before...
I called D*. For the record, I had previously never had a CSR that didn't at least appear to care. Man this woman was bad... OK, that isn't the point though so moving on. I reset, she ran me through the dish setup, I called back to talk with someone else. It is still unresolved.
ANYWAY - Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Incase someone asks, no - it is not happening with other receivers.
