I had a H20-600 that kept rebooting so they finally switched me out with a H20-100 a couple months ago. Now I have a problem where the Video will freeze up on my HD local Channels (I've never seen it on any other channel anyway) but the audio keeps going. Changing the channels seems to unfreeze it. There is no outside antenna hooked up to the H20. Has anybody else ever had this, or do you know of a fix?
Also how much will it cost me to terminate my 2 year contract early if they can't get this thing fixed?
