I'm having an issue between my HT receiver and cable box. At startup I get audio immediatly but taking up to a minute for video to start playing. I've tried lots of fixes - unplug/ restart/ factory reset/ software update/ new hdmi cable. I worked with Marantz Customer support and we tried everything he could think of. Mostly going thru the setup menu to make sure everything was setup correctly. The support person thought there may be an issue with EDID. If I unplug the Marantz, plug it back, power it up followed by turning on the C61K the video starts up immediately but only the 1st time, then returns to taking a minute.
My question, is there any chance that replacing the 10 yr old C61k-700 might fix this issue? And would Direct send me a new one (preferably for free)?
