h25-700 reciever ,what equipment is needed to add international dish

After pulling my hair out, I'll post on the good forum
Sister has cottage in Baltimore area ,she uses a h25-700 receiver from home. I put a slim swm 3 dish works good.
Now she subscribed to the international stations, what equipment do I have to get to add this
