Can you plug the OTA module into the 3.0 input? Currently I am using the 2.0 input. I tried but it won't fit into the 3.0.

It should plug into either USB input. Maybe try flipping over the plug.

I've plugged my OTA adapter in both the 2.0 and 3.0 ports just fine.

It makes no difference at all. I usually save the 3.0 port for an external hard drive.
