H3 - AUX Question

I had the H3 installed today. The installer paired my TV and AUX to the remote. The AUX is programmed to my surround receiver.

The AUX volumes up and down fine, but how do I turn the AUX off with the H3 remote?

Press the 'AUX' button on the left side of the remote then the big power button on the upper left front of the remote. Be sure to press 'SAT' on the left side again to put it back in SAT mode.

I am having some audio drop outs. Is this a known issue with the H3?

Its really bad on the OTA. I too had audio drop outs, but they are less now, as the hopper has been in contact with the mother-ship for a while now.
